RE: Medicines Use Review (MUR) Local Service-Domicllary Service

There is an option for  those contractors not currently delivering their full annual allocation of 400 MURs the opportunity to increase their activity with respect to a particular patient group with increased fragility. It has an overarching aim to decrease inequality with regard to housebound patients who typically do not currently have access to such services. A copy of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) is enclosed .MUR SLA FINAL 210716

Contractors wishing to participate should be mindful that the SLA must be signed and returned by the 31st August 2016 otherwise they will not be able to participate – no allowances can be made for late submission. Contractors who have signed and returned their SLA and requisite documents may commence service delivery at any time from the 1st August 2016.

Please note that contractors will be expected to reach the target figures as described in the Service Level Agreement. Contractors with any queries should contact their own LPC secretaries respectively.
